Failed delivery
If a delivery to the recipient fails, we contact the person who placed the order. If we cannot reach them, we keep the goods in the vehicle until we do.

How much does a same-day pallet cost?
From SEK 400 within Greater Stockholm. Each extra pallet space to the same recipient costs SEK 109.
Where do you deliver?
In Greater Stockholm and across Sweden. Our courier services can be ordered within our zones, except to and from Bålsta, Uppsala, Brottby, Norrtälje and Nynäshamn.
What are the booking deadlines?
Economy courier: order the day before or by 08:00 for delivery the same day between 08:00 and 17:00. Same-day pallet: book by 08:00 for delivery before 16:00 on weekdays.
How big and heavy can a shipment be?
A standard pallet can weigh up to 550 kg and measure 1.2 × 0.8 × 1.9 m. Our courier services include up to 10 parcels, 70 kg in total and 25 kg per parcel. Anything above that becomes a 6-hour courier.
Do you have refrigerated vehicles?
Yes. Our fleet includes light trucks with tail lift and refrigeration, with a capacity of 3 to 18 m³.
What happens if a delivery fails?
We contact the person who placed the order. If we cannot reach them, we keep the goods in the vehicle until we do.
